Who we are

What we collect

Information you give us: your email address, name, the city you choose, and any property address and details you enter in our forms.

Payments: processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them. We receive limited details such as your name, email, amount and the last 4 digits of your card. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Form processing: our forms are delivered to us by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes the data you submit to email it to us.

Hosting logs: our site is hosted by Vercel, which automatically logs technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps for security and operations.

How we use it

To deliver the checklist, Compliance Check, alerts and monthly briefs; process payments and refunds; answer your questions; improve the Service; and comply with law.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as Stripe, FormSubmit, Vercel and our email provider), when required by law, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.

Email and unsubscribing

Every marketing or newsletter email includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor requests within 10 business days, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. You can also email stebbins.peter@gmail.com to unsubscribe. Subscribers may still get transactional emails about their account or billing.

Retention

We keep your information while you are a customer or subscriber and as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes (generally up to 7 years for payment records). You may ask us to delete other information at any time.
